Very cool to see you also explore the many characteristics, feelings, and mysteries of Green. It also brought a smile to my face coming back from a camping trip finding out anyone would reference my work on the subject. Thanks so much and great work!
Anecdotally, I need to have some "greenery for the scenery" in my daily routine. I feel all kinds of off if I miss a walk (almost always into some kind of nature).
Some caution is warranted with the Denmark study where kids who had access to greenery were more mentally healthy. I'd only suggest that causation is not correlation, and it's possible that wealthier kids tend to have access to green areas and also have the things they need for healthy mindsets. Of course, we both feel strongly that being around nature helps us reset, rest, and inspire.

And very apropos to the theme that you were camping! Thank you!
I'm with you, mountains over beaches any day. Wish I had your green. Upstate New York is calling me.
Do it! Worth it!
